Job Description

High Profile is partnering with a well-established leader in financial services to identify a polished, professional Executive Assistant to support multiple members of the Senior Leadership Team. This is an excellent opportunity for an EA who enjoys working with accomplished executives, managing complex priorities, and being a trusted partner to leadership.
What You'll Do
•Manage complex calendars, meetings, agendas, and follow-up
•Coordinate leadership meetings, off-sites, and events
•Prepare presentations, reports, and executive materialsPublish
•Draft and edit high-level communications
•Manage expenses, invoices, and budget-related items
•Serve as a key liaison with executives, partners, vendors, and other stakeholders
•Anticipate needs, solve problems, and keep priorities moving

Job Requirements

 3–5+ years supporting senior-level executives
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Confident managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
