Executive Compensation Analyst

Job Description
High Profile has the following Executive Compensation Analyst opportunity available with one of our long-time clients in the Addison area. It’ s an opportunity to work with an empowering leader who appreciates a self-directed person who knows the compensation space and can just run with it! Ideally, our client would prefer someone who has executive compensation experience but would consider candidates with strong general compensation experience. Salary is commensurate to experience level. For now, this is an open-ended contract. This is a hybrid role with a flexible schedule for commute time.
This role will partner across the entire organization and will also interact with the C-Suite on executive compensation matters. The focus will be on general and executive compensation – job/wage/salary/incentive analyses for evaluating internal equity, external competitiveness, and legal compliance; leading the annual and off-cycle LTIP (long-term incentive plan) participant review; SEC filings; audit reports; guidance on pay levels and base pay administration; and, etc.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of compensation experience required
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) preferred
- Experience with Oracle HRMS highly-preferred
- Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint and proficiency in Word and Outlook

Shawnda is known as one of Dallas’ premier experts in the field of Talent Acquisition. She attended The University of Texas at Tyler on a full academic scholarship, where she earned her Bachelor of Business Administration and her Master of Arts degrees. While working on her master's degree, she started working in the admissions & registrar's office. This is where she was introduced to recruiting. Part of her responsibilities included recruiting students to attend the university, and that's how it all began! Shawnda also served on the Board of Directors for the DFW Staffing Management Alliance for 5+ years and has served on the Board of Trustees for DallasHR. She has earned her PHR (Professional in Human Resources), SHRM-CP (Society for Human Resource Management – Certified Professional) and CSP (Certified Staffing Professional) certifications. Prior to joining High Profile, Shawnda was Director of Admissions for The University of Texas at Tyler. Upon moving to Dallas, she worked for one of the largest privately-held staffing agencies in the nation. She then went on to lead a Corporate Recruiting team for a large medical staffing/placement firm and earned numerous awards for her performance.
Shawnda has two grown children (a son and a daughter), a wonderful daughter-in-law, and four precious grandbabies. When not at work at High Profile, you will most likely find her traveling, golfing, and spending time with her husband and family.
