Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management, travel arrangements, expense reporting, and meeting coordination.
  • Act as a gatekeeper and liaison, managing communication and correspondence with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate expertise in Microsoft Teams, facilitating virtual meetings, managing documents, and ensuring seamless collaboration among team members.
  • Utilize your estate management experience to oversee various aspects of property management.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities and deadlines while maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Office Manager, preferably within Private Equity, Financial Services, Investment, or Commercial Real Estate industries.
  • Strong understanding of estate management principles and experience scheduling private air travel.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Teams and other relevant software applications.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
