Executive and Personal Assistant - Financial Services

Job Description

A leading financial services firm with approximately 1,850 employees is seeking an experienced and highly professional Executive Assistant to support their CEO. High Profile is assisting in finding the ideal candidate to join their team in Uptown Dallas. This critical role will provide both executive and personal support, manage board relations, and serve as a trusted partner to a dynamic and fast-paced leader.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level executive and personal support to the CEO
  • Manage a complex and ever-changing calendar, travel, and priorities
  • Support and coordinate communications and logistics for a 10-person Board of Directors
  • Serve as liaison between CEO and internal/external stakeholders
  • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion
  • Assist with personal tasks, errands, and special projects as needed
  • Manage CEO’s board obligations, including meeting coordination, materials, and follow-ups
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and other materials using MS Office Suite
  • Anticipate needs and stay one step ahead to ensure seamless operations

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of executive support experience, with at least 5 years supporting a CEO or other C-level executive
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Experience providing personal support in addition to professional responsibilities
  • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly organized, proactive, and solution-oriented
  • Board management experience strongly preferred

Amelie worked as a full-time saleswoman for a little over a year before finding her perfect fit placing Executive Assistants in direct-hire positions. We are proud that she has been a member of the High Profile team for 28 years. Over her 30-year recruiting career, her commitment to excellence has earned her the loyalty of some of Dallas’ finest companies.


Amelie has her Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification, SHRM-SCP (Society for Human Resource Management – Senior Certified Professional), CSP (Certified Staffing Professional) certification, Certified Temporary-Staffing Specialist (CTS) and Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC) designations. She is a 10 year member of EWI (Executive Women International) and has served on the board and various committees. Amelie is married with two grown children (both Aggies – which only presents a problem when LSU plays A&M!), is an avid runner, and loves to cook, camp, and entertain.
