High Profile has partnered with our client to find a Family Office Accountant for a unique and highly trusted opportunity based in the Park Cities area of Dallas. This is a part-time hybrid role with a rare 4-day workweek—Fridays off! The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of accounting, be highly trustworthy, detail-oriented, mature, and discreet. Integrity and confidentiality are paramount for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle Accounts Payable: review invoices, ensure proper documentation, enter bills into QuickBooks, and print checks.
• Perform monthly bank and investment account reconciliations.
• Reconcile and replenish petty cash.
• Track and record expenditures on company debit and credit cards; ensure receipts are collected and filed.
• Manage and pay utility and designated bills online.
• Conduct inter-company billing for employee benefits and rent.
• Maintain spreadsheets and records related to oil and gas properties.
• Liaise with an external records management vendors.
• Prepare and submit the annual business property tax renditions.
• Support annual tax preparation by tracking receipt of 1099s and K-1s that come in, organizing documents, and uploading to a secure portal.
