Finance Collections Analyst
Job Description
High Profile has partnered with our client to find a Finance Collections Analyst for a contract (with potential to go permanent) assignment. In this role, you will take ownership of account handling, maintenance, collection, and liquidation for assigned portfolios. Your primary responsibilities will include working efficiently on accounts to maintain consistent follow-up, ensure account compliance, and conduct necessary maintenance. You will also evaluate and limit loss exposure, provide customer-oriented service, and resolve problems in accordance with established guidelines. After the initial training period, this role offers a hybrid work schedule.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (B.A./B.S.) OR related work experience, which would include minimum 1 year collections experience
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite
- Attendance and punctuality are essential for this role
