Finance Manager - Personal Finance to CEO

Job Description
High Profile has partnered with our client to find a Personal Finance Manager to the CEO. Reporting directly to the CEO (with support of the Executive Assistant), this role will oversee the personal financial affairs of the Chief Executive Officer. This individual will utilize excellent analytical and organizational skills to ensure the proper handling of taxes, budgets, investments, and contracts while also paying bills/invoices and collecting monies owed. The role offers a base salary + performance bonus, a hybrid work schedule, and excellent benefits and PTO.
Job Requirements
- 3-4 years experience in Accounting
- High School Diploma required; college degree preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/Outlook)
- Dependable attendance & punctuality
- Able to handle high stress situations
- Must maintain a high level of discretion & confidentiality
- Advanced organizational skills
