Financial Accountant

Job Description
High Profile has partnered with our client to find a Financial Accountant. The selected candidate will obtain in-depth knowledge and understanding of the Associate Career and Compensation Plan in order to analyze global commission and incentive expenses and to ensure that expenses are recorded properly to the P&L. In addition, the person in this role will prepare monthly commission and incentive accruals and analyze actual commission payouts; prepare quarterly reports for CFO and Audit Committee; and prepare specialized financial and statistical reports and account analyses. This role supervises a Staff Accountant level employee.
Job Requirements
- 2+ years experience in finance or accounting
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
- Commissions experience preferred, but not required
- Advanced knowledge and understanding of internal controls and GAAP
- Advanced knowledge of PC software applications (specifically with spreadsheet, database and email)
- High attention to detail

After college, she completed Military Police training in the Army National Guard before relocating to Dallas to begin her seven-year career in Accounting and Finance while simultaneously obtaining her Master of Business Administration degree. Tiffany serves on the Board of Directors for the Women’s Finance Exchange of Dallas where she oversees Programs. She has also obtained her Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) certification. She has a natural devotion to people and feels fortunate to be in a position as a recruiter to assist people every day.
Outside of work, she loves spending time with her husband and beautiful daughters. She also enjoys traveling, reading, and hosting game nights with family and friends.
