High Profile has partnered with our client to find a highly motivated Financial Accounts Representative for a contract assignment with the potential to transition to permanent employment. In this role you will be responsible for handling a portfolio of customer accounts with a focus on maintaining compliance, collecting on delinquent balances, and resolving complex account issues. This role requires someone who is passionate about delivering excellent service while reducing delinquency and ensuring accurate account management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of assigned account portfolios for maintenance, follow-up, and resolution.
• Collect on delinquent accounts to reduce aging and mitigate loss exposure.
• Evaluate and resolve complex account disputes while delivering world-class customer service.
• Perform necessary account maintenance to ensure compliance with company guidelines.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align on resolution strategies.
• Document all activities accurately within account systems.
• Promote a customer-first attitude that reflects the client’s culture and brand in every interaction.

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service or collections experience.
• Previous experience in a customer service and/or collections environment.
• Strong PC skills, including the ability to navigate multiple systems.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is highly preferred.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, etc.).
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
