Financial Administrative Assistant - Bilingual Mandarin (or other dialect of Chinese)
Job Description
High Profile has partnered with our client to find a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Administrative Assistant to oversee financial operations, including bank account and cash flow and bank management, expense review, procurement and budgeting, vendor coordination, financial reporting, and insurance policy oversight. This role demands a proactive and self-motivated individual with a strong administrative and operational mindset, and a passion for optimizing financial processes.
The ideal candidate must be fluent in Mandarin (or other dialect of Chinese) and English, possess a keen eye for detail, and have an eager attitude to learn. This is a fully in-office role, requiring someone who thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities include handling daily banking operations and maintaining relationships with financial institutions, managing cash flow investments, and ensuring efficient expense reimbursement processes. The Financial Assistant will also be responsible for generating and analyzing financial reports, overseeing procurement tasks such as booking travel and managing online purchases, and providing financial planning and budget analysis for household maintenance. Additionally, this role includes managing corporate expenses, verifying invoices and receipts, and ensuring compliance with company financial policies.
A proactive and outgoing personality is essential, as the role requires someone who takes initiative and is always looking for ways to improve efficiency. The right candidate is a go-getter who is eager to take on new challenges.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Bilingual in Mandarin (or other dialect of Chinese) and English
