High Profile has partnered with a boutique advisory firm to identify a high-potential Financial Associate – Special Situations & Advisory to join its growing team. This firm specializes in special situations, distressed environments, and transformational change, providing independent fiduciary and stewardship services to organizations navigating rapid growth, operational complexity, or periods of distress.
The firm operates without a rigid handbook or formal training structure; instead, they hire individuals who can contribute immediately, learn quickly, and generously share knowledge with others. You will work directly with seasoned leaders who have decades of multi-sector experience, gaining exposure to high-stakes, high-impact advisory work. This is a hands-on operational role that offers meaningful responsibility early, direct access to executives, and the opportunity to influence outcomes for companies undergoing major transition.

Key Responsibilities
• Contribute to advisory engagements supporting companies experiencing financial or operational distress
• Maintain 13-week cash flow forecasts and build/maintain full 3-statement operating models
• Analyze historical and current business performance to inform turnaround or strategic initiatives
• Assist in developing long-term business plans, including working capital and liquidity management strategies
• Support the implementation of cash conservation and liquidity initiatives
• Assist in drafting investment memorandums using both quantitative and qualitative data
• Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to drive recommendations and implement solutions

Stacey grew up in Mississippi and graduated from the University of Southern Mississippi, where she majored in accounting. After college, she joined Deloitte & Touche in their audit practice. While there, Stacey earned her Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification. After 6 years spent auditing in both New Orleans and Dallas, she left to go work for Robert Half as a Recruiter in their accounting and finance permanent placement division. After Robert Half, she started her own tax practice while staying home with her two daughters. The next 9 years she spent in the private sector as a Controller, and realized her love and passion was for recruiting and providing quality customer service. In 2024, after 3 years of recruiting for reputable staffing agencies, she joined High Profile as a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant.
Stacey has 25 years of experience in the accounting & recruiting industries. This experience and her active CPA certification give her invaluable resources for both candidates and clients. Outside of work, Stacey loves to spend time with her husband Keith, their 2 grown daughters, their sweet puppy Maggie, and close friends! She enjoys traveling, entertaining, and cooking with her husband!
