High Profile has partnered with our client to find a dynamic Financial Controller. The individual in this role is responsible for overseeing the financial reporting and accounting functions of the organization. This role will focus on the management of balance sheet accounts, lease accounting, and the calculation and reporting of depreciation and amortization, including capital assets. The Controller will ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations, lead accounting initiatives, work collaboratively with external auditors during private company audits, and provide strategic financial insights to support business objectives.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
• Minimum 5 years experience in Accounting (both public accounting and industry experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and financial reporting.
• Expertise in lease accounting and capital asset management.
• Familiarity with audit processes and working with external auditors.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems a plus.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
