High Profile is partnering with our client to identify a friendly, organized, and professional Front Office Administrator / Administrative Assistant to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in administration (or reenter the workforce after taking some time off) while gaining experience in a collaborative, team-oriented office.

What You'll Do
• Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and vendors with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls and monitor the general office email inbox
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front office and common areas
• Order and stock office supplies, snacks, and beverages
• Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing packages
• Assist with conference room setup for meetings, including refreshments when needed
• Support the team with data entry, filing, scanning, copying, and document preparation
• Coordinate office deliveries and vendor visits
• Assist with scheduling meetings and other administrative tasks for the office team as needed
• Help with special projects and provide general administrative support across departments
• Pitch in wherever needed to help keep the office running smoothly

Job Requirements

• 2 years of administrative, receptionist, or office support experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Comfortable multitasking and managing a variety of responsibilities
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and help wherever needed
• Professional appearance and customer-focused mindset
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and general computer skills
• Reliable, dependable, and able to work well in a team environment
• Balances professionalism with a friendly and approachable demeanor
• Looking for a long-term opportunity with growth potential
