Director of Total Rewards (US & Canada)

Dallas, TX

Posted: 04/01/2026 Industry: HR Director Job Number: 123921 Type: Full-Time

Job Description

The Opportunity: Build. Integrate. Scale.

High Profile has partnered with a rapidly expanding, acquisition-driven organization to find a Director of Total Rewards who thrives in the "gray space" of high growth. We aren't looking for a caretaker; we need a Strategic Architect who has operated in large-scale environments (10,000+ employees) and knows how to build the infrastructure required for aggressive expansion.

This is a confidential search for a leader who will own the Total Rewards roadmap across the United States and Canada, reporting directly to the CHRO and serving as a key player in a heavy M&A environment.

The Mission

  • M&A Integration: You won't just "manage" benefits, you will build the repeatable playbooks that harmonize compensation and benefits for newly acquired entities.

  • Cross-Border Expertise: You’ll navigate the complexities of both US (401k/ACA) and Canadian (RRSP/Provincial) landscapes.

  • Technical Excellence: While you have a Comp Analyst, you are the "final boss" of Excel. You’ll build the deep-dive wage analyses and financial forecasts that drive executive decision-making.

  • System Transformation: Take the lead on ADP Workforce Now optimization moving the needle from manual workflows to automated, data-driven executive dashboards.

Job Requirements

The Profile
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • 8–12 Years of Impact: You’ve led Total Rewards in multi-location, high-growth environments.
  • M&A Savvy: Proven track record of managing HR due diligence and successful benefit/comp integrations.
  • Regulatory Expertise: Strong knowledge of both US and Canadian regulatory environments (ERISA, ACA, CRA, etc.) is highly preferred.
  • Technical Mastery: Advanced Excel skills are a must; you should be comfortable building financial forecasts and scenario models independently. You see the story behind the data.
  • Enterprise Scale: Experience navigating the complexities of organizations with 10,000+ employees is essential to ensure you can adapt to our rapid growth trajectory.
  • The Strategy Translator: You are equally fluent in "Executive Boardroom" and "Advanced Excel," comfortably pivoting from high-level fiscal governance to the granular mechanics of a salary file.
