High-Volume Sourcing: Actively source, screen, and pipeline high-quality candidates for consultative Inside Sales positions and corporate roles using advanced outbound strategies.
Full-Cycle Execution: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from intake meetings with energetic sales leaders to offer negotiation and seamless pre-boarding.
Velocity & Scale: Conduct high volumes of phone screens weekly, managing a diverse desk of active requisitions and moving top talent swiftly through the interview funnel.
Elevated Candidate Experience: Ensure every applicant experiences a warm, professional, and high-touch process that mirrors the company's elite consumer brand.
Hiring Manager Partnership: Act as a talent advisor to sales leadership and corporate department heads, providing regular pipeline metrics and market insights.
ATS Optimization: Maintain meticulous data integrity within the Applicant Tracking System to track recruitment metrics and identify funnel bottlenecks.
3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a proven track record in high-volume environments.
Specific experience recruiting for Inside Sales, Consultative Sales, or performance-driven corporate roles is required.
Proven ability to manage and prioritize a high-volume desk without sacrificing quality or candidate care.
Proactive Sourcing: Mastery of LinkedIn Recruiter, specialized job boards, and cold outreach to passive talent.
High-Touch Relationship Building: Exceptional communication skills and a naturally warm, engaging phone presence.
Pace & Agility: Outstanding time management skills; able to pivot quickly between distinct hiring profiles.
Data-Driven Mindset: Comfortable using recruiting metrics to optimize pipeline velocity and set realistic expectations with stakeholders.

She began her career as a corporate HR Generalist for 7 years and leveraged her experience to develop a deep understanding of talent needs. She then transitioned her skills to a local staffing firm, specializing in Accounting/Finance and Administrative placements. High Profile recruited her in 2001. For more than 24 years, Jennifer has been known locally as the “go-to” professional for temporary and temp-to-hire administrative support. She is now utilizing her expertise to manage our Human Resources placement division. Her background in Human Resources, combined with her keen eye for talent and understanding of her client’s needs, has led to her reputation for excellence within the staffing industry.
Jennifer also serves as High Profile’s Vice President of Talent Acquisition. She is actively involved with DallasHR, as well as the American Staffing Association’s Section Policy Council. Jennifer has earned her Professional in Human Resources (PHR), SHRM-CP (Society for Human Resource Management – Certified Professional), and CSP (Certified Staffing Professional) certifications.
Outside of the office, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her amazing daughter and friends, traveling, conquering projects around the house, and keeping up with her 4-legged fur-babies.
