Job Description


High Profile is partnering with our client, a premier Dallas-based professional services firm, to identify a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join their team. This role is essential to the recruiting lifecycle, providing high-impact coordination and administrative excellence to ensure a seamless experience for every candidate.


Key Responsibilities

  • Candidate Experience: Deliver a high-quality, service-oriented experience from initial engagement through onboarding, serving as a primary point of contact for candidate questions.
  • Recruiting Coordination: Post job openings across multiple platforms and coordinate interview logistics between clients and candidates.
  • Onboarding & Compliance: Facilitate employment documentation, including background checks and drug screenings, while ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all records.
  • ATS Management: Serve as a power user and subject matter expert for the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), maintaining data integrity and reporting on team performance metrics.
  • Administrative Operations: Prepare candidate materials for client presentation, manage incoming calls, and support office operations to maintain a positive workplace environment.

Schedule & Location

  • Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM –5:30 PM.
  • Location: Hybrid - Remote 3 days per week / On-site in Plano, TX 2 days per week

Job Requirements

  • Experience: Previous experience as a Recruiting or Talent Acquisition Coordinator; staffing industry experience is strongly preferred.

  • Education: High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

  • Communication: Effective verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and proven experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or similar recruiting tools.

  • Attributes: A resourceful, team-oriented professional with a strong sense of urgency and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Jennifer grew up in Dallas before attending Texas A&M University. She began her career as a corporate HR Generalist for 7 years and leveraged her experience to develop a deep understanding of talent needs. She then transitioned her skills to a local staffing firm, specializing in Accounting/Finance and Administrative placements. High Profile recruited her in 2001. For more than 24 years, Jennifer has been known locally as the “go-to” professional for temporary and temp-to-hire administrative support. She is now utilizing her expertise to manage our Human Resources placement division. Her background in Human Resources, combined with her keen eye for talent and understanding of her client’s needs, has led to her reputation for excellence within the staffing industry.

Jennifer also serves as High Profile’s Vice President of Talent Acquisition. She is actively involved with DallasHR, as well as the American Staffing Association’s Section Policy Council. Jennifer has earned her Professional in Human Resources (PHR), SHRM-CP (Society for Human Resource Management – Certified Professional), and CSP (Certified Staffing Professional) certifications.

Outside of the office, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her amazing daughter and friends, traveling, conquering projects around the house, and keeping up with her 4-legged fur-babies.
