Are you a Human Resources support professional looking for a great Contract role? High Profile is partnering with our client to find a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Support Specialist to join their team on a contract basis (approx. 5 months). This is a critical first-line role, perfect for someone who excels at high-volume support and system navigation. This position is 100% in-office.

• Serve as the initial point of contact for employee and local HR inquiries via phone and email regarding general Human Resources questions, including benefits, company policies, payroll, and other essential employee programs.
• Provide guidance and direction to employees and local HR partners on navigating HR systems and accessing self-service resources.
• Assist in the administration of employee programs, benefit enrollments, and meticulously review employee data and personnel actions within HR systems.
• Proactively communicate information across the team and escalate complex or sensitive employee concerns to the appropriate party when necessary.
• Offer insights and actively participate in identifying opportunities for process improvement and refining existing procedures.
• Contribute to special projects and reports as needed.

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years of experience in Benefits or Human Resources.
• Strong customer service acumen with a responsive, attentive, and focused approach to addressing customer needs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Ability to be a flexible team player who can interact professionally with both internal employees and external contacts.
• Demonstrated capability to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining rigorous attention to detail.
• Proven commitment to maintaining a high level of confidentiality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and working experience with Human Resources Information System(s) (HRIS).
