Job Description

High Profile is partnering with our client to identify an experienced HRIS Manager to oversee and optimize the organization’s HR technology environment. This role will partner closely with HR, IT, Finance, and Payroll to ensure system effectiveness, data integrity, automation, and an excellent employee experience.The ideal candidate is a hands-on HR technology leader with strong analytical skills, enterprise HRIS experience, and a continuous-improvement mindset.What You’ll Do
  • Manage and optimize the organization’s enterprise HRIS and integrated HR applications
  • Oversee system configuration, workflows, security, upgrades, testing, and releases
  • Ensure HR data accuracy, integrity, security, and compliance
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and workforce analytics
  • Lead HRIS implementations, enhancements, integrations, and system projects
  • Partner with HR, IT, Payroll, and Finance to translate business needs into technology solutions
  • Drive automation, AI integration, process improvements, and adoption of self-service tools
  • Provide system support and training to HR teams and employees
  • Manage vendors and project timelines, including UAT and change management
  • Lead, coach, and develop HRIS team members

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, Business, or related field
  • 10+ years of progressive HRIS experience, including 2+ years in a management or lead role
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM, Workday, SuccessFactors, UKG, ADP Workforce Now, or similar enterprise HRIS; Oracle preferred
  • Experience leading HRIS implementations, upgrades, and integrations
  • Strong experience with reporting, analytics, dashboards, automation, and AI tools
  • Advanced Excel and proficiency with Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, including payroll, benefits, compensation, talent, and compliance
  • Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with APIs/integrations, HRIS security, SOX, or data privacy is a plus
  • Multi-state or global HRIS experience preferred
  • HR technology certification or advanced degree is a plus

She began her career as a corporate HR Generalist for 7 years and leveraged her experience to develop a deep understanding of talent needs. She then transitioned her skills to a local staffing firm, specializing in Accounting/Finance and Administrative placements. High Profile recruited her in 2001. For more than 24 years, Jennifer has been known locally as the “go-to” professional for temporary and temp-to-hire administrative support. She is now utilizing her expertise to manage our Human Resources placement division. Her background in Human Resources, combined with her keen eye for talent and understanding of her client’s needs, has led to her reputation for excellence within the staffing industry.

Jennifer also serves as High Profile’s Vice President of Talent Acquisition. She is actively involved with DallasHR, as well as the American Staffing Association’s Section Policy Council. Jennifer has earned her Professional in Human Resources (PHR), SHRM-CP (Society for Human Resource Management – Certified Professional), and CSP (Certified Staffing Professional) certifications.

Outside of the office, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her amazing daughter and friends, traveling, conquering projects around the house, and keeping up with her 4-legged fur-babies.
