Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)
Job Description
Our global food-service client is seeking a strategic Human Resources Business Partner to drive organizational success through people, culture, and inclusivity. This critical role provides thought-leadership and execution for the full employee experience, including onboarding, engagement, performance management, succession planning, and development planning. You will collaborate closely with leadership to identify and address talent needs, foster a high-performance culture, and ensure that our organization has the necessary talent to achieve its strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Strategy: Partner with the Talent Director to develop and execute a comprehensive talent strategy that aligns with the organization's business goals.
- Succession Planning: Collaborate with department heads to identify critical roles and develop robust succession plans to ensure a strong pipeline of future leaders.
- Employee Development: Advise and support department coaches on employee development initiatives, performance management, and employee relations matters.
- Organizational Effectiveness: Drive organizational effectiveness by leading initiatives related to culture development, engagement surveys, and organizational design.
- Talent Acquisition: Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to identify and attract top talent, ensuring that we have the necessary skills and expertise to support our growth.
- HR Operations: Manage employee life-cycle activities, such as promotions, transfers, terminations, and maintain accurate HR records.
- Thought Leadership: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent management and provide thought leadership to the organization.
- HR Team Support: Collaborate with the HR team to ensure efficient and effective operations, including cross-training on talent management processes, identifying and addressing process breakdowns, and maintaining HR systems and records.
Job Requirements
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- 4+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources.
- PHR or SHRM certification is preferred.

- Coaching and Consulting: Proven ability to coach individuals and teams, providing guidance and support to drive performance and development. Strong experience in consulting with clients to identify their needs and deliver effective solutions.
- Client Partnerships: Demonstrated success in building strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs, and leveraging HR processes and tools to achieve desired outcomes.
- Strategic Execution: Strong attention to detail and ability to effectively execute strategic plans, including the development and implementation of corresponding tactics, within established timelines.
- Leadership and Influence: Exceptional coaching skills and the ability to build trust and credibility as a trusted advisor.
- HR Expertise: A deep understanding of HR policies, practices, and regulations.
- Cultural Champion: A strong advocate for the organization's culture, inspiring and motivating others to embrace and live by its values.
- Facilitation and Training: Experience in leading group discussions, facilitating training sessions, and delivering effective presentations.
- Conflict Resolution: Proven ability to effectively manage and resolve conflicts, guiding individuals and teams through productive conflict resolution processes.
- Teamwork: A strong team player who collaborates effectively with colleagues to achieve shared goals.

Jennifer grew up in Dallas before attending Texas A&M University. She began her career as a corporate HR Generalist for 7 years and leveraged her experience to develop a deep understanding of talent needs. She then transitioned her skills to a local staffing firm, specializing in Accounting/Finance and Administrative placements. High Profile recruited her in 2001. For more than 23 years, Jennifer has been known locally as the “go-to” professional for temporary and temp-to-hire administrative support. She is now utilizing her expertise to manage our Human Resources placement division. Her background in Human Resources, combined with her keen eye for talent and understanding of her client’s needs, has led to her reputation for excellence within the staffing industry.
Jennifer also serves as High Profile’s Vice President of Talent Acquisition. She is actively involved with DallasHR, as well as the American Staffing Association’s Section Policy Council. Jennifer has earned her Professional in Human Resources (PHR), SHRM-CP (Society for Human Resource Management – Certified Professional), and CSP (Certified Staffing Professional) certifications.
Outside of the office, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her amazing daughter and friends, traveling, conquering projects around the house, and keeping up with her 4-legged fur-babies.
