Investment Operations Analyst
Job Description
High Profile has partnered with our investment firm client to find a highly motivated, organized, and detail-oriented Operations Analyst. The person in this role will assist investment professionals in ensuring timely settlement of all trade executions, reconciling, and confirming the fund’s positions, processing all mandatory and voluntary corporate action events related to the fund’s positions, and reconciling daily profit and loss based on the day’s trading activity. They will be responsible for reconciling prime brokerage and custody accounts, resolving daily trade breaks and fails, processing corporate actions on current positions, confirming trades, and processing periodic events on positions held in a variety of security types such as options, futures, bonds, and asset-backed securities. This team member will report to the manager of the exchange traded settlements group and the director of operations. Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business, Accounting, or Finance
- Strong competence in MS Office Suite (Excel in particular)
- Knowledge of financial products and/or experience with securities industry a plus
- Knowledge of Python and SQL a plus
- Highly collaborative team player, with the ability to effectively build relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders within and outside of the firm
- Ability to flourish in a fast-paced, production-driven and high-volume environment
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize based on ever-changing business requirements
- Ability to identify problems and propose and implement workable solutions

For more than 23 years, Jennifer has been known locally as the “go-to” professional for temporary and temp-to-hire administrative support. She is now utilizing her expertise to manage our Human Resources placement division. Her background in Human Resources, combined with her keen eye for talent and understanding of her client’s needs, has led to her reputation for excellence within the staffing industry.
Jennifer also serves as High Profile’s Vice President of Talent Acquisition. She is actively involved with DallasHR, as well as the American Staffing Association’s Section Policy Council. Jennifer has earned her Professional in Human Resources (PHR), SHRM-CP (Society for Human Resource Management – Certified Professional), and CSP (Certified Staffing Professional) certifications.
Outside of the office, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her amazing daughter and friends, traveling, conquering projects around the house, and keeping up with her 4-legged fur-babies.
