Financial Remediation Specialist
Job Description
High Profile has partnered with our client to find a Financial Remediation Specialist with advanced skills in Excel. As a Financial Remediation Specialist, you'll be tasked with devising effective strategies for remediation, refinance, and recovery efforts within our clients non-performing lease/loan portfolios. Your responsibilities include mitigating risk, optimizing economic results, and maintaining institutional reputation. This role is pivotal to our clients financial success, directly influencing revenue and profitability. Key skills needed include negotiation, active listening, and sound judgment to establish mutually beneficial payment plans with attorneys, dealers, and customers.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Business OR
- equivalent related work experience of 5+ years in commercial collections
- Understanding of commercial finance collection procedures, including CFOPP, as well as repossession laws and requirements
- Ability to do a root cause analysis
- Ability to build partnerships with agencies and attorneys by regularly demonstrating a high level of expertise and professionalism
- Ability to deal with legal issues and complaints in a professional and knowledgeable manner
- Ability to deliver innovative solutions to problems and act quickly with limited supervision
- Advanced proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications with strong emphasis in Excel
- Experience with the use of QuickPlace Lotus Notes Portal preferred
