Job Description

High Profile is partnering with our client to identify a detail-oriented and analytical Major Accounts Services Analyst to join a collaborative finance and customer operations team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with large, complex customer portfolios while serving as a key liaison between customers, dealers, and internal business partners.

What You'll Do
• Manage large and complex customer portfolios, serving as the primary point of contact throughout the account lifecycle
• Collaborate with customers, dealers, and internal departments to perform account reconciliations, financial analysis, and issue resolution
• Ensure accurate and timely payment application while maintaining delinquency targets and performance metrics
• Identify billing and payment discrepancies, investigate root causes, and implement solutions to resolve outstanding balances
• Lead customer and stakeholder meetings to discuss account performance, develop strategies, and address complex account issues
• Analyze account activity, monitor portfolio changes, and ensure billing and account information remains accurate and aligned with customer requirements
• Generate monthly and ad hoc reports to evaluate portfolio performance, trends, and financial activity
• Support implementation of specialized billing requirements and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful execution
• Recommend process improvements and contribute to operational efficiency initiatives through continuous improvement methodologies
• Participate in customer, dealer, and business reviews while providing account status updates and performance insights
• Support cross-functional teams with operational questions, account maintenance, and special projects as needed
• Assist with training new team members and maintaining departmental training and reference materials

Job Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in accounting, accounts receivable, collections, customer service, finance, or a related field required
• Experience with account reconciliations, financial analysis, issue resolution, and discrepancy investigation
• Strong understanding of billing processes, payment applications, and customer account management
• Ability to monitor portfolio performance, analyze trends, and interpret transactional data
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Experience extracting, analyzing, and reporting on large volumes of financial data
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers, business partners, and leadership
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field preferred
• Experience within commercial finance, leasing, lending, or financial services environments preferred
• Knowledge of process improvement methodologies and continuous improvement principles is a plus
