Manager, Financial Performance
Job Description
High Profile has partnered with our client to find a talented Manager, Financial Performance to lead sales forecasting, analysis, and reporting initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry and will be adept at forecasting year-over-year data. This role requires the ability to extract and compile data into compelling narratives that drive strategic decision-making.
As a liaison between various internal cross-functional teams, you will pull data from multiple sources, ensuring that insights are seamlessly integrated. Your expertise in Hyperion is essential, as is your proficiency in Power BI;you should be comfortable extracting and interpreting data to present it in meaningful ways. Mastery of the Microsoft Suite is a must, as you will create impactful presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders effectively.
In this position, you will be responsible for financial performance management, setting processes, tools, and routines, while developing reports that monitor and analyze financial performance. Your efforts will directly support the CFO and Finance department by ensuring that all information requests from leadership are addressed promptly and accurately.
This role offers a hybrid work schedule, allowing you to balance in-office collaboration with the flexibility of remote work. The successful candidate will be personable, able to build relationships across departments, and possess a keen analytical mindset. Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Management; M.B.A. preferred
- 8+ years corporate experience working with business performance management and insights, sales forecasting and analysis, and/or pricing and profitability management
- Financial modeling, data analysis, forecasting, budgeting, strategic planning, and proficiency with consumer insights and analytics
- Data analytics and identification of market mapping (macro, consumer, customer, competitor) trends and opportunities
- Ability to analyze data to extract insights and recommend actions: understand and interpret data and come up with conclusions and actionable recommendations that improve product development and customer support.
- Leadership presence with strong written and oral communication, problem-solving, and leadership presentation abilities
- Must be proficient or have capability in the use of all Office Suite software, (experience in Power BI or comparable product is preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to influence
- Must have the ability to think strategically using analytics as a guide
- Experience in financial reporting and planning
- General knowledge of restaurant level P&L’s
- Ability to communicate across all layers of the organization effectively
- Must have the ability to multi-task on multiple high-profile projects at any given time
- Specific experience with restaurants and financial planning a plus

Jennifer has earned her Professional in Human Resources (PHR), SHRM-CP (Society for Human Resource Management – Certified Professional), and CSP (Certified Staffing Professional) certifications.
Outside of the office, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her amazing daughter and friends, traveling, conquering projects around the house, and keeping up with her 4-legged fur-babies.
