High Profile has partnered with our client to identify a reliable and detail-oriented Accounting Assistant for a long-term contract assignment. This is a part-time, in-office position requiring approximately 24 hours per week and is ideal for someone with solid accounting knowledge and strong transactional experience.
In this role, the Accounting Assistant will support the overall accounting and finance function, contributing to routine accounting activities, the month-end close process, and basic financial reporting tasks. Responsibilities include processing incoming and outgoing mail, scanning and organizing accounting documents, entering revenue and expense data, and managing data and communications with the company’s outsourced accounting provider. Strong general ledger and journal entry experience is required, along with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities with accuracy and efficiency.

She then transitioned her skills to a local staffing firm, specializing in Accounting/Finance and Administrative placements. High Profile recruited her in 2001. For more than 24 years, Jennifer has been known locally as the “go-to” professional for temporary and temp-to-hire administrative support. She is now utilizing her expertise to manage our Human Resources placement division. Her background in Human Resources, combined with her keen eye for talent and understanding of her client’s needs, has led to her reputation for excellence within the staffing industry.
Jennifer also serves as High Profile’s Vice President of Talent Acquisition. She is actively involved with DallasHR, as well as the American Staffing Association’s Section Policy Council. Jennifer has earned her Professional in Human Resources (PHR), SHRM-CP (Society for Human Resource Management – Certified Professional), and CSP (Certified Staffing Professional) certifications.
Outside of the office, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her amazing daughter and friends, traveling, conquering projects around the house, and keeping up with her 4-legged fur-babies.
