Part-Time Bookkeeper
Job Description
High Profile has partnered with our client to find a part-time Bookkeeper for an in-office contract assignment, working 3 days per week. (There is a possibility this assignment could transition to a full-time permanent position, but it is not guaranteed.) The person in this role will handle account reconciliation, create invoices for A/R, upload invoices for A/P, conduct daily check deposits, prepare reports, and other accounting duties as assigned. If you have extreme attention to detail, great communication skills and the ability to learn and adapt, we want to hear from you!
Job Requirements
- Advanced level skills in MS Excel
- 2+ years experience with QuickBooks
- Prior experience in bookkeeping
