Part-Time Personal Assistant
Location: Dallas, TX
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9: 30 AM –1: 30 PM


High Profile has partnered with our client to find a highly organized, patient, and service-oriented Personal Assistant to provide part-time support to a prominent individual in their Dallas home.


The ideal candidate will have a calm, professional demeanor and a genuine service mindset. This role requires someone who can anticipate needs, adapt to established routines, and handle a wide variety of personal and administrative tasks with discretion and warmth.


You will assist with daily scheduling, correspondence, meeting coordination, and general organization of the home and office to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Comfort with technology is key —ability to provide support with email, calendar management, virtual meetings, and social media, ensuring everything runs seamlessly.


Success in this role requires strong listening skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow direction precisely. The right person will be accommodating, patient, and unflappable —someone who takes pride in making life easier for the person they support.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant supporting a high-net-worth individual
  • Exceptional communication and listening skills; able to take dictation accurately
  • Tech-savvy, with confidence managing email, Zoom, calendars, and basic social media functions
  • Highly organized, resourceful, and discreet
  • A polished, professional, and positive demeanor

As Amelie was creating a name for herself, High Profile took notice and recruited her in 1996. Amelie worked as a full-time saleswoman for a little over a year before finding her perfect fit placing Executive Assistants in direct-hire positions. We are proud that she has been a member of the High Profile team for 28 years. Over her 30-year recruiting career, her commitment to excellence has earned her the loyalty of some of Dallas’ finest companies.


Amelie has her Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification, SHRM-SCP (Society for Human Resource Management – Senior Certified Professional), CSP (Certified Staffing Professional) certification, Certified Temporary-Staffing Specialist (CTS) and Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC) designations. She is a 10 year member of EWI (Executive Women International) and has served on the board and various committees. Amelie is married with two grown children (both Aggies – which only presents a problem when LSU plays A&M!), is an avid runner, and loves to cook, camp, and entertain.
