Our client, a high-net-worth family office with a small, professional team in Dallas, is seeking an experienced and versatile Personal/Executive Assistant to support one of the firm’s senior executives. This is a trusted and highly visible role that combines approximately 60% personal assistance with 40% executive support in a close-knit, business office environment.The ideal candidate will have strong tenure (3+ years in each prior role) and proven experience providing personal support to a high-net-worth individual in a professional office setting. While the personal side of the role is emphasized, prior experience in executive business support is also essential.We are looking for someone polished, proactive, and discreet, who thrives in a high-expectation environment and can anticipate needs before they arise.
