Plant Controller (AZ/UT)

Job Description
Our client is looking for a Financial Business Partner with ample accounting and leadership experience in a manufacturing environment, that will add value through analysis, custodianship, and business acumen. This position supports two plants: Gilbert, AZ, and Cedar City, UT. Incumbent to be seated in one of the plants with travel every 4-6 weeks to the other plant. Relocation available.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business required; CMA, CPA, or MBA preferred
- Experience in CPG, food industry, and/or dairy highly preferred
- Experience working with ERP software; Microsoft Dynamics 365 heavily preferred
- Must be able to work non-business hours for month-end, quarter-end, budget cycle, and year-end closing

She gravitated from accounting into accounting/finance recruiting and has over 20 years of recruiting experience. In her previous roles, she was a Manager of Recruiting for Coca Cola Refreshments where she spent the last 3 of her 8-year tenure leading Supply Chain and Manufacturing national recruiting for bottling plants in the US. Tonja joined the High Profile team in 2021 in our Accounting/Finance division where she delivers high-touch, specialized recruiting across the DFW metroplex!
Outside of work, Tonja is the mother of two sons, a DAS foster mom to her cats, a travel enthusiast (she loves to travel the world), and is an avid yoga practitioner!
