Position Overview: As a Research Analyst, you will support consultants in the executive search process, playing a crucial role in identifying and evaluating top executive talent across various industries. Your work will directly contribute to our mission of providing exceptional executive search and leadership advisory services.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Search Process:
    • Develop accurate target and relevant assignment lists and industry sources.
    • Produce comprehensive reports detailing target companies, market sources, and candidates.
    • Identify high-quality, diverse candidate slates using online databases and proprietary tools.
    • Collaborate with colleagues across offices to share best practices.
    • Maintain timely and accurate data entry in the company database.
  • Business Development:
    • Conduct background research and develop client-ready materials to support business development.
    • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of information provided to consultants.
  • Knowledge Management:
    • Proactively track and capture data on individuals in target markets.
    • Develop sector-specific domain knowledge to enhance sourcing efforts.
  • Hiring Support:
    • Introduce prospective new hires to the firm when required.

Job Requirements

 
  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree required (minimum GPA of 2.8).
  • Experience:
    • 2 years of experience in a research-specific role.
    • Preferably with experience in executive search, advisory board, or consulting.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent listening and filtering skills for large amounts of information.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Exceptional writing skills for creating high-quality documentation.
    • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
    • Highly organized with outstanding time management and prioritization abilities.

Jennifer grew up in Dallas before attending Texas A&M University.  She began her career as a corporate HR Generalist for 7 years and leveraged her experience to develop a deep understanding of talent needs. She then transitioned her skills to a local staffing firm, specializing in Accounting/Finance and Administrative placements. High Profile recruited her in 2001. For more than 23 years, Jennifer has been known locally as the “go-to” professional for temporary and temp-to-hire administrative support. She is now utilizing her expertise to manage our Human Resources placement division. Her background in Human Resources, combined with her keen eye for talent and understanding of her client’s needs, has led to her reputation for excellence within the staffing industry.

Jennifer also serves as High Profile’s Vice President of Talent Acquisition.  She is actively involved with DallasHR, as well as the American Staffing Association’s Section Policy Council.  Jennifer has earned her Professional in Human Resources (PHR), SHRM-CP (Society for Human Resource Management – Certified Professional), and CSP (Certified Staffing Professional) certifications.

Outside of the office, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her amazing daughter and friends, traveling, conquering projects around the house, and keeping up with her 4-legged fur-babies.
