High Profile is partnering with our client to identify an analytical, business-minded Retail & Insights Analyst II to transform complex data into actionable insights. This role will leverage advanced SQL, BI tools, and business analysis to support high-impact decisions and communicate findings to senior stakeholders. Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain complex SQL queries for reporting, analysis, and decision-making.
Build and enhance dashboards that communicate trends, drivers, and performance.
Analyze data to identify patterns, trends, anomalies, and business opportunities.
Serve as an analytics partner to assigned business areas and stakeholders.
Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and enhanced reporting.
Own recurring reports, dashboards, and analytical processes to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Partner with Technology and Analytics teams to extract, validate, and document data.
Translate complex findings into clear recommendations and business insights.
Present findings and recommendations to senior and executive-level stakeholders.
Manage multiple priorities with minimal direction while meeting deadlines.
Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
2+ years of hands-on SQL experience with large-scale, complex data repositories.
2+ years of experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Qlik, Power BI, Sigma, or similar platforms.
2+ years of experience translating data into actionable business recommendations.
Python experience for data analysis, automation, or analytics workflows is preferred but not required.
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and data visualization skills.
Solid understanding of data quality, data modeling, and analytical best practices.
Strong ability to gather and validate business requirements with limited guidance.
