High Profile has partnered with our client to find a highly skilled and motivated Senior Accountant, reporting directly to the CFO. This role offers the opportunity to be a vital contributor to the financial operations of the firm. Our client takes pride in fostering a collaborative and dynamic office environment, with all team members working 100% in-office (in downtown Fort Worth) except for rare emergency situations. This position involves providing in-depth financial analysis of operating company financials to support strategic decisions related to treasury and asset allocation, as well as partnering with service providers to maintain accurate and timely financial records.

The Senior Accountant will be responsible for analyzing general ledger accounts across various operating companies, offering insights into trends and variances over time to explain financial performance. They will review expense payment requests in alignment with established guidelines and ensure timely disbursements. This individual will aid in the implementation and maintenance of an integrated accounting system tailored to the needs of the office. Monthly reporting summarizing financial results, assisting with annual tax return preparation, and preparing quarterly budget analyses are key aspects of this role. The position also involves handling ad-hoc requests to provide data and insights in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

We are looking for a CPA-qualified candidate with 3-4+ years of experience in real estate or investment management accounting. The ideal candidate will bring strong Microsoft Office proficiency, exceptional communication skills, meticulous organizational abilities, intellectual curiosity, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
