High Profile has partnered with our client to find a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Accountant for an in-office role, reporting directly to the Property Controller. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, cross-cultural team environment and possesses exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for maintaining and reviewing accounting for multi properties and corporate departments using the Yardi property management/general ledger system. Your role will involve full-cycle accounting, including preparing and recording journal entries for assets, liabilities, revenue, and expenses. You will also verify, allocate, post, and reconcile transactions while resolving discrepancies to maintain balanced subsidiary accounts.

A strong analytical mindset is essential in this role, as you will be tasked with analyzing complex financial reports, preparing general ledger reconciliations, and conducting income statement variance analyses. Additionally, you will contribute to the monthly closing process and financial statement preparation while providing financial analyses for the properties.

Success in this position requires a keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy and minimizing errors through diligent review and reconciliation. You must have the ability to assess financial data, understanding variances and underlying causes. A solid background with full-cycle accounting and multi-location accounting is required.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
• 3+ years of relevant work experience
• CPA or CPA Candidate
• Full-cycle accounting experience
• Multi-location/multi-unit experience
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (primarily Excel)
• Yardi software and/or property accounting experience a huge plus
• QuickBooks Online
