We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Senior Accountant to oversee complex accounting functions and support the organization’s financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review accurate financial statements and reports
• Oversee AP/AR, reconciliations, journal entries, and general ledger maintenance
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities
• Lead audit preparation and ensure compliance with accounting standards
• Improve internal controls and accounting processes
• Collaborate with teams to support strategic planning and budgeting
• Drive process enhancements for financial operations
• Provide financial guidance and lead special projects

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience, ideally within a multi-unit restaurant, retail, or multi-site consumer business environment
• Advanced proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage Intacct, and strong Excel skills
• Solid understanding of GAAP 
• Proven leadership and problem-solving abilities
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to cross-departmental work
