Job Description

High Profile is partnering with our client to identify a Senior Business Insights Analyst to analyze operational and enterprise data, developing reports and dashboards, providing clear, actionable insights to leadership. This is an in-office role working cross-functionally to understand data needs, support reporting requirements, and help ensure the accuracy, consistency, and usability of enterprise data.
What You'll Do
  • Analyze operational and enterprise data using statistical and analytical methods to identify trends, patterns, and performance indicators
  • Develop clear visualizations and reports that translate data into actionable insights for operational teams and leadership
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical tools used to monitor performance and key metrics
  • Apply data testing and validation methods to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data used in analysis and reporting
  • Transform and prepare data using query languages, visualization platforms, and analytical tools
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to understand data needs, gather requirements, and support data-driven decision-making
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of enterprise data structures and data flows, including how operational data is captured, stored, and used
  • Communicate analytical findings through written summaries, presentations, and visualizations for both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Maintain data definitions and supporting documentation, including data dictionaries and metadata

Job Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis & interpretation, identifying trends, patterns, and KPIs to support analytical conclusions
  • Proven ability using SQL and Data Visualization tools to build clear, actionable business insights
  • Ability to communicate technical or complex concepts clearly to a variety of audiences
  • Experience with data quality validation, documentation, and testing
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to apply research methods and advanced statistical and/or accounting methods to develop documents, reports, and graphics

After Robert Half, she started her own tax practice while staying home with her two daughters. The next 9 years she spent in the private sector as a Controller, and realized her love and passion was for recruiting and providing  quality customer service. In 2024, after 3 years of recruiting for reputable staffing agencies, she joined High Profile as a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant.

Stacey has 25 years of experience in the accounting & recruiting industries. This experience and her active CPA certification give her invaluable resources for both candidates and clients. Outside of work, Stacey loves to spend time with her husband Keith, their 2 grown daughters, their sweet puppy Maggie, and close friends! She enjoys traveling, entertaining, and cooking with her husband!
