Senior Customer Finance Analyst
Job Description
High Profile has partnered with our client to find an analytical Senior Customer Finance Analyst. The person in this role is responsible for the monthly maintenance, proactive account management and problem solving for the largest and most complex customer accounts in our clients portfolio. Responsibilities include ensuring alignment of billing and customer payment practices, accurate payment postings and timely resolution of discrepancies and disputes to minimize delinquency and strengthen customer relationships. If you are a self-starter, have the ability to work independently, have a strong aptitude to learn and have high-level organizational and problem-solving skills, we want to hear from you!
Job Requirements
- BS in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
- Related work experience in financial analysis or accounting support
- Proven analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required; (i.e., pivot tables, lookups, data analysis)
- Ability to develop collaborative relationships and to communicate relevant information to all levels of the organization
