As the Senior Director of Payroll, you will manage the processing of semi-monthly payroll for both exempt and non-exempt employees. You will analyze and refine current payroll procedures, recommending and implementing policies to maximize efficiency. Delegating tasks to support staff as needed and ensuring seamless operations will round out your responsibilities.
