Senior Financial Accounting Manager
Job Description
High Profile has partnered with our client, located in downtown Dallas, to find a Senior Financial Accounting Manager. The person in this role will administer all financial accounting activities to ensure compliance with generally accepted accounting principles, corporate policies, and audits. This person will manage the financial accounting team to ensure transactions are accurately reported and partner with the Accounting Operations Manager to align GL activity and accurate recording of operational transactions with the operations team (AP, AR, and Inventory). This role will report to and work closely with the Controller in the analysis and reconciliation of accounts and the development and implementation of accounting policies, procedures, and controls.
Job Requirements
- 5-6 years progressive Accounting experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or other related field
- CPA
- Advanced MS Office (Excel) experience (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Previous supervisory experience
- Advanced analysis skills
- Microsoft Dynamics GP knowledge
- Workday Financials knowledge
- Ability to travel a few times a year
