Senior Human Resources Business Partner (Sr. HRBP)
Job Description
High Profile has partnered with our global tech client to find a Senior Human Resources Business Partner (Sr. HRBP) to lead people and culture priorities, and design and execute strategic initiatives that nurture multiple business units. The person in this role will identify Human Resources and organizational development opportunities, and design, develop, and deliver solutions that meet the business’ needs in the areas of career planning and development, talent management, workforce planning, performance management, coaching and counseling, strategic workforce planning, interpretation and application of policy and procedure, facilitating effective communication, learning & development, reward programs, talent acquisition, succession planning and organizational strategy and development. Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; MBA preferred
- 10+ years HRBP experience; preferably in a progressive, high growth environment to include PE backed organizations
- Experience in large, global organizations with multiple business units required
- Excellent analytical, quantitative, project management, communication, problem solving, and influence skills
- Collaborative; experienced with supporting stakeholders and team members in a matrixed environment
- Good working knowledge of HR Systems (HRIS)
- Excellent knowledge of labor laws and regulations at both the state and federal level
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with a proven ability to meet tight deadlines
- Demonstrates professional maturity in dealing with all employee relations situations and able to maintain strict confidentiality
- Ability to work in the office as needed with flexibility to work extended hours for projects

Jennifer grew up in Dallas before attending Texas A&M University. She began her career as a corporate HR Generalist for 7 years and leveraged her experience to develop a deep understanding of talent needs. She then transitioned her skills to a local staffing firm, specializing in Accounting/Finance and Administrative placements. High Profile recruited her in 2001. For more than 23 years, Jennifer has been known locally as the “go-to” professional for temporary and temp-to-hire administrative support. She is now utilizing her expertise to manage our Human Resources placement division. Her background in Human Resources, combined with her keen eye for talent and understanding of her client’s needs, has led to her reputation for excellence within the staffing industry.
Jennifer also serves as High Profile’s Vice President of Talent Acquisition. She is actively involved with DallasHR, as well as the American Staffing Association’s Section Policy Council. Jennifer has earned her Professional in Human Resources (PHR), SHRM-CP (Society for Human Resource Management – Certified Professional), and CSP (Certified Staffing Professional) certifications.
Outside of the office, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her amazing daughter and friends, traveling, conquering projects around the house, and keeping up with her 4-legged fur-babies.
