High Profile has partnered with our client to find a skilled Senior HR Generalist to lead core human resources functions and support a growing organization. This in-office role is ideal for an experienced HR professional who thrives in a hands-on environment, enjoys managing people and processes, and is confident navigating employee relations, payroll, compliance, and talent development. Experience with UKG is preferred but not required. This position will also supervise an HR Assistant.

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations & Compliance

• Administer payroll processing (bi-weekly) and support 401(k) plan administration.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws; update policies as needed.
• Maintain HR best practices and stay informed of regulatory changes.

Employee Relations & Performance Management

• Handle employee relations issues, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
• Support the annual performance review cycle and coach managers on feedback, conflict resolution, and HR processes.
• Foster a professional, consistent, and legally sound employee experience.

Talent Acquisition & Development

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for professional, exempt, and managerial roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and provide selection guidance.
• Support talent strategy, learning and development efforts, and succession planning.

Leadership & Team Management

• Supervise the HR Assistant, ensuring workflow management and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with leadership on HR strategies tied to organizational goals.

Additional Expectations

• Strong communication, negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality.
• Willingness to travel to company facilities in CO and West TX.
• Experience with H2A workforce is a plus.

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field required
• 5+ years of progressive HR generalist experience preferred
• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP strongly preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS/payroll systems; UKG experience a plus
