Talent Acquisition Consultant - Accounting & Finance Division

A Typical Day/Job Responsibilities:
- Perform the job order management process from intake to completion and support all Client/Candidate aspects.
- Follow up with and convey/obtain pertinent information to candidates and hiring managers during the job order management process.
- Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline of qualified accounting and finance professionals.
- Conduct in-depth in-person or virtual interviews with candidates to determine candidate qualifications and job search preferences.
- Provide consultative advice to clients on market trends, salary benchmarks, recruitment strategies, and timelines.
- Match qualified candidates with appropriate job opportunities in the accounting and finance fields.
- Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates, providing timely feedback and facilitating the hiring process.
- Negotiate offers and contracts to ensure a win-win outcome for both clients and candidates.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, including changes in the accounting and finance job market, emerging skill sets, and salary expectations.
- Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, networking events, referrals) to source high-quality candidates in the accounting and finance sectors.
- Partner with team members to meet division and overall company goals and objectives.
Your Location:
Based in Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas. This is a hybrid role, with monthly in-person meeting days to gather as a team. You are also expected to attend occasional face-to-face meetings with clients and attend various networking association events based in the DFW area.

Job Requirements
- 3–8 years of experience in full-cycle agency recruiting with a focus on accounting and finance roles.
- Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in direct hire, contract-to-hire, and contract positions.
- Strong understanding of accounting and finance positions, industry terminology, and the unique demands of these positions.
- Knowledge of online sourcing and networking to create new communities that identify, and build talent pipelines.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems, job boards, and social media platforms.
- Keen knowledge of employment and labor law.
- Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport with candidates and clients.
- Must be detail-oriented and have strong project management abilities.
- Must be well organized, able to prioritize workload, and work under pressure with a great sense of urgency.
- Effective verbal and written communicator; advanced listening skills.
- Excellent follow-up skills.
- Self-directed, able to work independently.
- Business degree strongly preferred.

Joined High Profile in 2001
Jennifer grew up in Dallas before attending Texas A&M University. She began her career as a corporate HR Generalist for 7 years and leveraged her experience to develop a deep understanding of talent needs. She then transitioned her skills to a local staffing firm, specializing in Accounting/Finance and Administrative placements. High Profile recruited her in 2001. For more than 23 years, Jennifer has been known locally as the “go-to” professional for temporary and temp-to-hire administrative support. She is now utilizing her expertise to manage our Human Resources placement division. Her background in Human Resources, combined with her keen eye for talent and understanding of her client’s needs, has led to her reputation for excellence within the staffing industry.
Jennifer also serves as High Profile’s Vice President of Talent Acquisition. She is actively involved with DallasHR, as well as the American Staffing Association’s Section Policy Council. Jennifer has earned her Professional in Human Resources (PHR), SHRM-CP (Society for Human Resource Management – Certified Professional), and CSP (Certified Staffing Professional) certifications.
Outside of the office, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her amazing daughter and friends, traveling, conquering projects around the house, and keeping up with her 4-legged fur-babies.
