High Profile has partnered with our Fortune 500 client to find a Talent Acquisition Operations Manager to join their Talent Management Leadership Team. In this fully remote position, you will play a critical role in shaping recruitment strategy, streamlining operations, and ensuring the organization continues to attract and retain top-tier talent. While the position is remote, some travel across the U.S. Will be required—especially in the early stages—to connect with site managers and become familiar with key locations and environments.

This highly strategic role comes with one direct report (a Talent Acquisition Coordinator) and offers the opportunity to lead the design and execution of a robust recruiting operations roadmap. You will focus on enhancing the candidate experience, refining campus recruiting (which currently lacks formal structure), improving technology and tools, ensuring accurate data and reporting, and driving overall recruitment effectiveness and consistency.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and evolving the recruitment technology stack, tools, and workflows to boost recruiter satisfaction and productivity.
  • Executing a comprehensive recruiting operations roadmap, including initiatives around candidate experience, data analytics, and process improvement.
  • Designing and implementing systems and tools to support an end-to-end recruiting function with high operational efficiency and data integrity.
  • Delivering accurate reporting and using data to identify trends, make strategic decisions, and present insights to stakeholders.
  • Developing and delivering foundational interview training focused on preparation, candidate experience, legal compliance, and feedback practices.
  • Collaborating with Talent Acquisition and HR teams to ensure alignment of recruitment strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Enhancing the company's recruitment brand to attract high-quality candidates and promote a strong employer reputation.
  • Managing and optimizing recruitment vendor partnerships to ensure value and performance.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in recruitment operations or talent acquisition management, ideally within a Fortune 500 company (employee base of 6,000–11,000).
  • Strong analytical capabilities and a data-driven mindset.
  • Experience implementing recruiting technology or operating models to improve team efficiency and productivity.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive approach to adapting to change and sharing best practices.
  • Strong communication skills—written, verbal, and presentation—with the ability to simplify complex concepts for a variety of audiences.
  • A blend of strategic thinking and tactical execution, with the ability to understand the big picture and all the operational components.
  • A personable, approachable demeanor with strong interpersonal skills—someone who is relatable and engaging, yet professional and focused.
Bonus points for:
  • Experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector.
  • Prior success building or improving campus recruiting programs.

She began her career as a corporate HR Generalist for 7 years and leveraged her experience to develop a deep understanding of talent needs. She then transitioned her skills to a local staffing firm, specializing in Accounting/Finance and Administrative placements. High Profile recruited her in 2001. For more than 24 years, Jennifer has been known locally as the “go-to” professional for temporary and temp-to-hire administrative support. She is now utilizing her expertise to manage our Human Resources placement division. Her background in Human Resources, combined with her keen eye for talent and understanding of her client’s needs, has led to her reputation for excellence within the staffing industry.

Jennifer also serves as High Profile’s Vice President of Talent Acquisition. She is actively involved with DallasHR, as well as the American Staffing Association’s Section Policy Council. Jennifer has earned her Professional in Human Resources (PHR), SHRM-CP (Society for Human Resource Management – Certified Professional), and CSP (Certified Staffing Professional) certifications.

Outside of the office, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her amazing daughter and friends, traveling, conquering projects around the house, and keeping up with her 4-legged fur-babies.
