Treasury Data Analyst
Job Description
High Profile has partnered with our client to find a detail-oriented Treasury Data Analyst with strong SQL expertise to support a critical system migration project. This is a hybrid role with a schedule requiring in-office attendance on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, though the initial training period will be fully onsite. This is a contract assignment with the potential to transition to permanent employment.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Treasury team to ensure seamless data transition, accurate reporting, and effective system integration. Key responsibilities include performing rigorous data validation, mapping, and reconciliation to ensure consistency between legacy and new systems. They will validate securitization reports to meet audit requirements, verify data accuracy, and resolve discrepancies in transactions such as payments, charge-offs, and write-offs. The role also involves ensuring proper retention of historical data for audit and reporting needs, validating consistency across reporting cycles, and reconciling data to ensure Treasury models receive accurate inputs while minimizing output variance. Additionally, the candidate will ensure Treasury dashboards accurately reflect customer and profitability metrics through meticulous reconciliation of customer data.
Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years of experience and a BA/BS in Data Analysis, Statistics, Finance, or a related discipline. Proficiency in SQL is essential for executing data validation, testing, and reconciliation. Candidates should have hands-on experience with data migration projects, proven analytical and troubleshooting skills for resolving data and system discrepancies, and strong communication skills for effective collaboration with technical and business teams.
Preferred qualifications include familiarity with treasury processes, securitization, or ALM (Asset-Liability Management) systems. Candidates with experience writing complex queries, stored procedures, or optimizing SQL performance will be highly valued. Additional experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems during migration projects, as well as proficiency in tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms for dashboard creation and data visualization, is strongly preferred.
